Through conversations that matter—safeguarding, boundaries, bullying, and sexual harassment.
At PulsED, we don’t wait for crises to happen. We help schools, colleges, and universities notice the early pulses — the small signals that can signal deeper issues:
By addressing these early, we support educational institutions in creating safer, kinder, and more inclusive learning environments — before small issues escalate into serious incidents.

Patricia Chew is the passionate founder of PulsED, a smart guide empowering students in schools, colleges, and universities to check their pulse—literally and figuratively—before they act. A mother of two teenage daughters, Patricia draws on her personal and professional experiences—including secretarial work, human resources, event management, and caregiving for the elderly—to bring empathy, insight, and practical skills to her programs.
Through PulsED, she provides guidance, training, and programs that help students navigate challenging situations—including bullying and sexual harassment—by teaching them to pause, reflect, and respond thoughtfully. Patricia combines professional experience with creativity and compassion to foster safer, kinder educational environments where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to make positive choices.
Beyond PulsED, Patricia is a lifelong learner and an avid reader of fiction and mystery novels, who finds expression through art and music. She is dedicated to inspiring curiosity and compassion - one pulse at a time.
